I’m Jasianna K. Jaxen, owner and founder of Cozumel Beach House Royal Vacation Properties, and proudly known as the Queen of Cozumel. Hospitality is not just what I do… it’s who I am. Cozumel has been my home since 2014, and my passion lies in creating elevated, welcoming spaces where guests can truly relax, reconnect, and experience the island with ease and intention. My Story

I moved from Vancouver Island to Cozumel Island in 2014, drawn by the beauty of the Caribbean and the sense of community that makes this place so special. What began as a love for travel and hosting grew into a hands-on, owner-led hospitality brand built on personal service and unforgettable stays. Over the years, guests and friends have affectionately referred to me as the “Hostess of the Most-ess,” “The Genie,” and “Calypso”… nicknames earned through anticipating needs, smoothing out the details, and making every stay feel effortless. That spirit is the foundation of Cozumel Beach House Royal Vacation Properties. Today, we proudly own seven luxury properties and operate additional residences for owners who value the same standard of service.
